Background & Bio
Stacey Tuck, MS, is the Director of Programs on the Program Team at AMCHP. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Stacey is an accomplished public health practitioner who has dedicated her career to making systematic improvements in maternal and child health. She has honed her expertise in program development, implementation, and evaluation; staff development; building partnerships; capacity building, fundraising, etc. over the past 24 years at the Baltimore City Health Department where she began as a project coordinator and eventually rose to dual executive leadership roles in the Maternal and Child Health Bureau and in the model collective impact strategy, B’more for Healthy Babies. As a life- long learner, Stacey is now enrolled in the Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) program at Morgan State University.

My Current Work
At AMCHP, Ms. Tuck provides collaborative oversight of the Program Team and serves as part of AMCHP’s senior leadership. She enthusiastically supports AMCHP’s strategic vision to mobilize the MCH ecosystem and contribute to shaping and championing health policies and programs to promote the optimal health of women, children, youth, families, and communities. Stacey is committed to supporting her staff and authentically advancing racial and health equity within our organization and with external partners under the Program Team’s portfolio.
