Organizations and individuals may become AMCHP members by completing the online application form below and paying their dues:
Dues are collected each fiscal year, which begins October 1. Memberships purchased outside of the renewal period will be prorated. All current dues are for the 2026 – 2027 fiscal year, which begins on October 1, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2027.
States, territories, and organizations seeking to pay by check or ACH (Automated Clearing House) may contact Nikeisha Ogletree, Chief Operating Officer, at nogletree@amchp.org.
