This report presents a review of AMCHP's Learn the Signs. Act Early. (LTSAE) state systems grants from 2011-2019, which are a part of the larger CDC LTSAE initiative. It highlights the activities, outcomes and impacts of these grants on state systems of care and includes how grantees formalized developmental monitoring and early identification as a priority, activated stakeholders and strengthened partnerships, and increased awareness among caregivers and providers.
