NPMs: NPM 6: Developmental Screening
The Tribal Court Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) Program focuses on children ages 0-7 who are under the protection of the tribal court. If FASD is suspected, the birth mother is interviewed. Children who receive an FASD diagnosis are followed closely by a case manager, allowing for close developmental monitoring and overall guidance for the child’s well-being.
