This practice is no longer being implemented. Unfortunately, there is no contact information available for this practice. The Reproductive Health Assessment After Disaster (RHAD) Toolkit was developed to assess the reproductive health needs of women aged 15-44 years who have been affected by natural and/or man-made disasters. The toolkit is intended for United States (U.S.) local and state health departments. However, the toolkit may prove useful to other government and non-governmental organizations that provide or are interested in providing reproductive health services to U.S. disaster-affected women. The toolkit is designed for use by staff with limited epidemiology expertise, although it is helpful if interviewers have some survey skills. This toolkit was piloted in North Carolina and in Georgia.
