Welcome to this e-learning module on the use of measures, data, and standards to improve systems of care for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs! The purpose of this module is to assist states in considering and using data and quality measures to improve systems of care for CYSHCN.
Course Objective:
- Explain the role of data and quality measurement in improving systems of care for CYSHCN.
- Describe existing data sources that can be used to measure the quality of the systems of care for CYSHCN.
- Identify examples of how states can apply measures, data, and standards to improve the quality of the systems of care for CYSHCN.
