The Association of Maternal & Child Health Programs (AMCHP) is a national resource, partner, and advocate for state public health leaders and others working to improve the health of women, children, youth, and families, including those with special health care needs. We are a dynamic, energetic team comprised of MCH subject matter experts and individuals passionate about building a nation that values and invests in the health and wellbeing of all women, children, youth, families, and communities so that they may thrive.

Workforce Development and Capacity Building

Sr. Program Analyst

AMCHP is recruiting a Sr. Program Analyst to lead workforce development initiatives, with primary focus on implementing the Graduate Student Epidemiology Program (GSEP) including curriculum planning, intern coordination, and program evaluation. Additional responsibilities include serving as a regional liaison for Title V states, supporting the Adolescent Health Data Consortium, and contributing to AMCHP’s annual conference and Leadership Lab.

Candidates should bring knowledge of MCH workforce issues and public health infrastructure, with experience in program evaluation preferred. Strong program management, data analysis, and facilitation skills are essential.
