Background & Bio

Marc serves as the Supervising Epidemiologist, Title V Maternal and Child Health Director, and State Systems Development Initiative Director at the Connecticut Department of Public Health. He has over 15 years of experience working to improve the health of women and infants, children and adolescents, and children with special health care needs in Connecticut, and he is very passionate about advancing and improving maternal and child health outcomes so that everyone has the respectful care they need.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with a concentration in Environmental Health, as well as a Master of Public Health, both from Southern Connecticut State University.
