Conference Highlights
Plenary I: The Power of “We” on Sunday, March 16 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM ET at the Potomac Ballroom
Unleash the power of partnership! This opening plenary session will ignite a conversation about how youth and adults can work together to address critical challenges and build a brighter future.
WE are the medicine. WE are the ones we’ve been waiting for!
This plenary will activate people to think about partnering for impact from an intergenerational perspective. We will be uplifting the power of youth-adult partnerships and how we can amplify youth voices in our work. Young people are not just the future; they are the RIGHT NOW, and the youth need authentic connections and trusted adults now more than ever. This plenary is led and planned by the AMCHP Conference Youth Workgroup in partnership with Youth Voices Amplified (YVA), and we have put these principles into practice with our AMCHP Conference Youth Workgroup. This interactive and inspiring opening plenary will be sure to empower the audience to bring this learning back into their own lives and work.

The plenary will feature family leaders sharing impactful stories from their own perspectives and experiences, followed by a rich picture created by families nationwide and a panel discussion that helps envision the future of these improved systems of care. Led and planned by AMCHP’s Family LEAD Committee with support from the Plenary Planning Subcommittee.
Plenary III: Connecting Through the Science of Storytelling on Monday, March 17 from 4:30 – 6:00 PM ET at the Potomac Ballroom
