New Title V Housing Framework Resource
Recognizing that recent changes in National Performance Measures (NPM) related to housing instability pose new opportunities for Title V, AMCHP is committed to supporting you to identify your strengths, explore your role in addressing housing within your context, and develop actionable steps to positively impact housing outcomes for maternal and child health (MCH) populations.
Towards the end of last year, we held a two-part workshop series designed to learn about tools, resources, and examples to help prioritize housing in MCH policies and programs and encourage prioritization of MCH populations in broader housing efforts. Access the recordings for the November and December workshops.
To further support you, AMCHP is excited to share our new Title V Housing Framework, which outlines Title V’s role at the intersection of MCH and housing outcomes, highlighting five key responsibilities and corresponding actionable strategies. This resource provides a structured approach to help Title V programs address how housing impacts the health of MCH populations. Use and share this resource with your network!

Relias Webinar – Raising the Bar: How Maternal Mortality Is Being Addressed in Missouri
Even with the availability of evidence-based practices and toolkits, many birth units struggle to implement patient safety bundles and effectively address severe maternal morbidity. In recognizing these ongoing challenges, Missouri emphasized that success requires more than resources — it calls for effective application-based learning methods and cross-collaboration to drive continuous quality improvement.
In their search for effective solutions, the Missouri Perinatal Quality Collaborative partnered with Relias to introduce targeted learning modules on obstetric hemorrhage and hypertension. By addressing key barriers and fostering strong cross-collaborative relationships, they developed innovative approaches that enhanced recognition, response, and outcomes. This webinar will highlight their journey, discuss barriers, and provide practical strategies for your organization to drive meaningful improvements in maternal health care.
Learning objectives:
- Examine maternal health outcomes and the rationale driving innovative solutions.
- Understand the role collaboration plays in program success.
- Analyze program deployment, current status, and future goals.
- Identify barriers to improvement and strategies for overcoming them.
Register now to join Relias on Tuesday, February 25, at 12 PM ET. If you cannot attend the live webinar, Relias still encourages you to register, as all registrants will receive an email with a link to the recording and resources.
