The “Implementation Road Maps” is a e-learning module created to support implementation, adaptation, and innovation of best practices in MCH. Produced through the Alliance for Innovation in Maternal and Child Health Initiative (AIM), the Association of Maternal & Child Health Programs (AMCHP) created the Road Maps to share the experiences of MCH leaders in North Carolina, Arizona, and Nevada as they implement programs to advance the use of the Bright Futures guidelines, ensuring continuity of coverage and care for pregnancy women and children, and improving systems of care for children and youth with special health care needs.
