This means that all submissions received on or before September 20th will be included in this Fall 2024 Review cycle. All submissions received after this date (on or after September 21st) will be rolled into our Spring 2025 review cycle (date to be announced). All application materials including submission forms for each practice designation are currently available on AMCHP’s Innovation Hub site on the “Submit a Practice” tab.
